2026-04-30 · Task Substrate plan v3 — senior-review-ready

📋 PLANNING · The 14-PR roadmap for the Task Substrate is now senior-review-ready. First PR (0.1A — migration 0054) is the prerequisite for the whole sequence.

This is the upstream of the visible Tasks surface in the product. Internal work; no user-facing change yet.

2026-04-22 · Outbox Architecture Plan v1.4

🏗️ ENGINEERING · Five-phase post-incident refactor of the outbox layer documented as v1.4. Adds future-scaling triggers (stream key, per-shard sequence numbers, SKIP LOCKED), partition ceiling at < 200, dual-write 48–72h, and a clarified replay-vs-retention boundary.

Phase 2 is ship-soon priority while sys.outbox_events is still close to empty.
