thola has five plans. They scale on three things: how many tokens you get per month, how many workspaces and members you can have, and which advanced features unlock.

Everything in Starter, plus:
- 5,000 tokens / month
- 3 workspaces
- 25 members
- Custom Diagnostics rules

- Presentation-mode watermark removal
Pro — ₹9,999 / month
Everything in Growth, plus:
- 50,000 tokens / month
- 10 workspaces
- 100 members

Everything in Pro, plus:

How upgrades work
To upgrade:
- Profile → Plan (or Pricing in the sidebar)
- Pick the new plan
- Choose monthly or annual (annual = ~17% off)
- Confirm payment
The upgrade is immediate. Your new limits apply right away.
We prorate: if you upgrade halfway through a month, you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
How downgrades work
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately. Until then, you keep all your current limits.
Two things to know:
- If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g. you have 25 members but downgrade to Starter which caps at 10), the downgrade is blocked until you bring usage under the limit.
- Any unused tokens at the end of the current cycle are forfeited; they don't roll over to a smaller plan.
Pausing
If you don't want to lose your workspace but don't want to pay this month, you can pause the subscription. While paused:
- The workspace becomes read-only
- No new tokens accrue
- All members can still log in to view
- No new agent actions are possible
To pause: Profile → Plan → Pause subscription. Resume anytime; pause counts as zero cost.
Annual billing
All paid plans can be billed annually. Annual:
- Saves ~17% vs. monthly
- Locks in your token quota — even if monthly pricing changes
- Pre-pays a year of tokens in your token pool, with month-by-month vesting
For Pro and Enterprise, annual is the default offer. For Starter and Growth, monthly is the default but annual is one click.
Currencies
We bill in:
- INR ₹ (India)
- USD $ (everywhere else)
- AED د.إ (UAE on request)
- SGD S$ (Singapore on request)
The billing currency is set at workspace creation and cannot be changed later — it's tied to your tax address. If you need to switch, contact support.
Refunds
We refund:
- Within 14 days of first payment, full refund, no questions
- Annual plans — pro-rated refund for unused months, up to 6 months in
- Beyond 6 months on an annual — no refunds; you keep the service to the end of the term
Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically 5–7 business days.
