A note on customisation
All templates are starting points. You will almost certainly:
- Rename a step or two
- Change an owner or role
- Adjust a wait duration
- Add a check or a guard
The recommended pattern: install the template, run it once as-is, then customise based on what surprised you. The templates were authored by reading what actually works on hundreds of workspaces — they're a strong baseline.
Asking for new templates
If a workflow you want isn't covered, ask the Planner: "Build me a Playbook for X." It will scaffold a workflow you can refine in the editor. The result is a draft, not a polished template — but it's a 70% start.
